Drag Belt
Drag Belt (cups) for water resistance training in swimming. This is an adjustable belt featuring five perforated PVC cups on the sides, designed to be worn around the hips over a conventional swimsuit. The device increases forward resistance in water by up to 60% and is suitable for use in all four swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, breaststroke).

Features of the Drag Belt for Resistance Swimming
- The Drag Belt is equipped with 5 perforated PVC cups positioned along the hip line. As the swimmer moves through the water, the cups retain water, creating resistance;
- An essential tool for training underwater phases (both starts and turns) in all four strokes;
- Highly beneficial for training for long-distance swimming races (1500m freestyle, open water races, Triathlon and Aquathlon) and particularly demanding races such as the 200m butterfly and the 400m individual medley.
