Mad Wave Drag Bag

The Belt Trainer is a belt specifically designed to provide variable and additional resistance during pool training. It can be used with the Drag Bag, a parachute designed to create different levels of resistance in the water. Compatible with all swimming styles, it is available in three different sizes.

  • Strength application development: 8 x 25, 12.5 m fast + 12.5 m slow with standing start. With or without paddles and/or fins and/or front snorkel;
  • Overspeed stimulation: 3 x 25, 1st with parachute, 2nd without, 3rd with fins and paddles;
  • Start training: 10 x 15 m starts, 7 with parachute, 3 without.
