On this page you can make the payment for the return shipment (s) and / or change of size.
Instructions . Put the shipment of your interest in the cart, checkout and within 24 hours you will receive an email with the details of the withdrawal or the tracking code of the return shipment. The courier used will be DPD.
In case of withdrawal, the courier will come with all the necessary for shipping, at the address indicated by you in the original order, you will only have to deliver the product as you have it received.
If you want to change the collection and / or delivery address, compared to the one indicated in the original order, send us an email after making the payment or contact us via WhatsApp.

Available shipments are:

    1. for a return (€ 9.90). Collection + 1 trip: collection at your address, one-way shipment followed by a refund of the product;
    2. pick-up and return for a size change (€ 19.90) Collection + 2 trips: collection at your address, forward shipment to Nuoto Mania Shop, return shipment;
    3. return following a change of size (€ 7.90). 1 trip: from Nuoto Mania Shop return shipping.

ATTENTION : pick-ups and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. It is not possible to choose pick-up or delivery times. The service is available only for Italy

Returns

  • - we refund any item purchased on Nuoto Mania Shop if the return is communicated within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty;
  • - size change is only possible for Italy. Customers from foreign countries can proceed with a second order after the return with refund ;
